Markarian IT Services SMS Communications
1. Program Description
William J. Markarian LLC (dba Markarian IT Services) utilizes SMS text messaging for automated infrastructure monitoring, server status notifications, and critical network failure alerts. Additionally, we use SMS for direct communication with current and prospective customers regarding technical support requests, project updates, and general service inquiries. This is a service used for operational and support purposes; we do not use SMS for marketing or bulk promotional messaging.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on system status, triggered alerts, customer support needs, and ongoing technical projects.
3. Cost
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Markarian IT Services does not charge a separate fee for text alerts or communications.
4. Opt-Out & Support
To Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

5. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. SMS Privacy Policy & Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease our contact lists to third parties.
